Kitchen Assistant

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Pay Rate: £12.00 an hour  

Location: Alum Rock, Birmingham

Job Type: Monday to Friday

Hours: 4 hours per day  

Smart Education are currently recruiting for experienced kitchen assistants to support with temporary and ongoing cover in a great Primary school in Alum Rock, Birmingham.

This role involves helping prepare and serve nutritious meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the team to ensure a smooth meal service for pupils.

Requirements of a Kitchen Assistant:

• Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or similar role, ideally in a school setting
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills
